One team, accountable.
Design, pricing, permits and construction sit with one company, so there's no gap between the drawings and the build to argue over. More on design-build.

Design and 3D in-house.
We model the house and render the rooms before we build, so the decisions get made on a screen, not in the framing. See 3D design and renderings.

Line-item pricing.
Proposals come in sections with the scope written out on every line and every allowance called out by name. Here's how allowances work.
- 04
A private project portal.
The schedule, daily job-site photos, financials and selections in one place, plus a card that says what's happening at your house today.
- 05
Email is the record.
Decisions and approvals go by email, so there's a written trail for both of us. A change in scope or price is a written change order, signed before the work.
